All vehicle scheduled maintenance inclusive of parts and lubricants according to the vehicle maintenance schedule as outlined in the Warranty & Maintenance or Guarantee and Maintenance manual. It does not include service repairs or the replacement of parts due to wear & tear. For example, but not limited to: wiper rubbers, brakes, wheel alignment’s etc.

The owner is responsible for all expenses not falling within the scope of the manufacturer’s warranty or the scheduled maintenance requirements. For example, but not limited to: petrol, tyres, vehicle licensing, insurance, accident damage, wiper rubbers, brakes, wheel alignment’s.

Owners must maintain their vehicle within the guidelines outlined in the vehicle service schedule supplied with the Driver’s Manual. All scheduled maintenance or repairs must be performed by an Official Porsche Centre and the owner must ensure that all fluid levels (e.g., oil/water) are checked on a regular basis.

Porsche Scheduled Maintenance Package does not include parts or labour required as a result of wear and tear, an accident, theft, use of vehicle on racetracks or off-road events, misuse or acts of neglect, or any act or omission by anybody who is not an Official Porsche Centre.

The Porsche Scheduled Maintenance Package is transferable upon sale of the vehicle between private parties or via an Official Porsche Centre. The agreement is terminated upon sale to or via a 3rd party dealer.

Porsche Scheduled Maintenance Plan will terminate on the earlier of:

  • Upon expiry of the term selected at time of purchase (2 Year, 3 years etc.)
  • Upon completion of the allocated services purchased (2 Services, 3 services etc.)
  • If the vehicle is sold or traded via a 3rd party Dealer (policies are Transferable between private parties and OPC’s)
  • The Official Porsche Centre should be notified if the vehicle is exported, sold via a 3rd party, or written off
