We believe that by focusing our efforts on the charities that are close to home, we can better understand and contribute to their mission and goals. Melanoma New Zealand (formerly known as the Melanoma Foundation of New Zealand) is a registered charitable trust devoted to issues relating to melanoma. Our mission is to prevent avoidable deaths from melanoma and alleviate anxiety among those affected by it.

The Liggins Institute is a research-only Institute at the University of Auckland where we focus on understanding the early life origins of adult disease. Our research aims to develop strategies that prevent the onset of chronic conditions like obesity and type 2 diabetes by providing a healthy start to life for generations of Kiwis to come.

The Bruce McLaren Automotive Award was established in 2016 to provide an engineering student from the University of Auckland the opportunity to spend up to 8 weeks at the McLaren Technology Centre in Woking to participate is a study and research placement.
